2027年1月10日（日）開催の「hololive RECORDS MUSIC STAGE 2027 DAY2」に出演を予定しておりました宝鐘マリンにつきまして、声帯結節の治療に専念するため、出演を見合わせることとなりました。

喉の状態を含め、本人と協議を重ねてまいりましたが、万全の状態でのパフォーマンスが難しいと判断いたしました。
宝鐘マリンの出演を楽しみにしてくださっていた皆様には、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

なお、DAY2には角巻わための出演が決定いたしました。

本ライブにつきましては、明日10月20日（火) 21時より詳細な情報をお届けする解禁配信番組を放送予定です。
ライブのチケットに関しては『hololive RECORDS HISTORY COLLECTION』チケット先行抽選申込シリアルコードとhololive FANCLUB会員の皆様、同時タイミングでのライブチケット申し込みを開始予定です。

配信番組につきましては別途お知らせをいたします。

今回の出演見合わせに伴い、チケット先行抽選申込シリアルコードを封入した『hololive RECORDS HISTORY COLLECTION』のキャンセル・返品・払い戻しについて、社内で慎重に検討いたしました。
その結果、以下の理由から、今回の出演見合わせに伴うキャンセル・返品・払い戻しは、お受けいたしかねるとの判断に至りました。

シリアルコードの取り扱いについて
本商品はすでに流通しており、商品をご返送いただいた場合でも、シリアルコードの情報が事前に控えられている可能性や、第三者へ譲渡されている可能性がございます。こうした状況を個別に確認し、対象のコードを確実に無効化することが難しい状況です。

抽選における公平性について
シリアルコードの無効化を確認できないまま返品・払い戻しを受け付けた場合、払い戻し後も当該コードで抽選に応募できる可能性が残ります。そのため、ご購入・ご応募いただくお客様の間で、公平性を維持することが難しくなります。

Houshou Marine, who was scheduled to appear at "hololive RECORDS MUSIC STAGE 2027 DAY2" on Sunday, January 10, 2027, will no longer be appearing at the event so that she can focus on treatment for vocal cord nodules.

We held repeated discussions with Marine, taking her throat condition into account, and have determined that it would be difficult for her to perform at her best.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to her appearance.

Additionally, Tsunomaki Watame has been confirmed to appear on DAY2.

A special livestream revealing further details about this concert is scheduled to air tomorrow, October 20, at 9 PM (JST).
Applications for the concert ticket advance lottery will open at the same time for both holders of the serial code included with hololive RECORDS HISTORY COLLECTION and hololive FANCLUB members.

Further details about the livestream will be announced separately.

In light of this change to the event lineup, we have reviewed internally whether cancellations, returns, or refunds should be accepted for "hololive RECORDS HISTORY COLLECTION," which comes with a serial code for the advance ticket lottery.
After careful consideration, we have concluded that we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for the reasons below.

Handling of Serial Codes
As this product is already in circulation, the serial codes may have been noted down in advance or passed on to a third party, even if the product is returned. Under these circumstances, it is difficult for us to verify each case individually and reliably invalidate the relevant codes.

Ensuring Fairness in the Lottery
If we accepted returns and issued refunds without confirming that the serial codes had been invalidated, those codes could still be used to enter the lottery after a refund had been issued. This would make it difficult to keep the lottery fair for everyone who purchases the product and enters.
